For the last interim exhibition before the final show, I was asked to produce images on the inkjet printer of work collated towards my project. Using a semi-gloss type paper, meant that all of the highlights that were present in the image were heightened the most, achieving bright highlight and dark shadows. The work was printed in large format, the images were a2 and a3, this was to show more of a life size representation to the work, using the space that I had available.

After some feedback, it was discussed that to be able to take the images to another level meant that there should be some form of performative matter to them, also to investigate and capture different gazes. As the work that I had been developing in December, had strong links, but was also a very similar concept to the work that I was producing now, it was decided to change it up a bit. As the imagery that was being produced was that of a simple nature, so including some more technical challenges and changing up the aesthetic to the work, by possibly editing differently, using crop more obtusely and showing more prominent performance factors to the work.

After a long discussion, producing a series of images for a final portfolio should be a larger amount than I was originally thinking. This will now be a set of 12-15 a5 -a3 images, alongside a book I have now decided to produce.

Title was 'POWER//PRESENCE//PERFORMANCE' but this has also changed to 'xover' which is a theatrical performance anagram. (which also has a more delicate feel to it, correlating to the book)
